Money for chores??

Hi Peeps,
I am going to rant for a split second...
Now, I get that I was raised a wee bit stricter than most other kids. With that being said, my outlook on how to raise my kids is a wee bit more stricter than others.

For example, I don't believe in allowance. I believe that all people in a household should hold responsibility (appropriate for the age). I don't get paid for doing laundry or cleaning the dishes... why would I pay my kids? Rewards for good behavior, being helpful, and so on should come in other forms than handing them cash once a week.

I have been reading a few things about kids getting allowances for learning to do their chores. This includes young'ins learning to brush their teeth. Really? We need to give kids money for that?

It's a BoY!

Our little man was being stubborn and wouldn't show us his face. Head. or pretty much anything really vital to make sure he is developing A-OK. Although his spine, foot, and the only side shot of his hear we could get all looked good. :)

So I have to go back in 6 weeks for another ultrasound (bummmmmmer.... lol.)

We are so very exciting to add to all the boys that are already in both sides of our families. This little bambino is going to come into a rowdy family that is crazy, loud, sarcastic, and full of love.

We can't wait! ... apparently we will have to wait until March though. February due date is out and March is in. Geesh, talk about a baby that will ultimately just come when he wants to come.
